The company doesn't have a good communication with the client. One nurse they sent were ok, but then they sent a replacement without even calling the client about this. And the replacement turned out can't even Deutsch, no experience, can not even a basic job (feeding the patient), and no attitude.

As the result all the disaster that happened, this company not even apologise. We agreed to cut the agreement. Later, they sending a letter that the reason the agremeen is ended because our house isn't so hygne? PLEASE PEOPLE.

You guys should has done better than just blaming, BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASE CHECK THE BACKROUND PEOPLE YOU HIRED AS A NURSE. Dont send someone with bad attitude and not competent to work to take care of the old people. Thanks.

@ Cecilia Dewi: Despite their company name their employees are not allowed by law to do nursing stuff like certified RN or PFA even when they are nurses in their home country.
